CASI offers contracting services for new asphalt construction.  Subdivisions, retail development, industrial parks, recreational paths and municipal streets are just a few of the types of contracting work we do. 

As the name implies, "New Construction" is the building of new asphalt surfaces. CASI can provide fine grading or scarification of the sub-grade prior to the installation of asphalt.  CASI will then install asphalt based on the specifications or recommended geotechnical requirements.

CASI’s professional staff understands how imperative it is for a construction project to stay on schedule, and will work with you to keep your project on time.
