        It is with extreme please that he Board of Directors of Sequoia Condominium Association, Inc. write this letter of recommendation for the asphalt work that CASI did for our community in 2010. Sequoia contracted with CASI to do all of our streets, speed bumps, parking stops and stripping. Because of the enormityof the project, the asphalt was done in phases.

        The Board was very impressed from the very beginning when we walked the project with CASI Business Development team to get a proposal for the work. The team was very knowledgeable of an asphalt project and answered all of our questions satisfactorily.

Once the project got underway, Tom Dellenback, Supervisor, and Joe Lara kept the Board informed of every step of the project. There was constant communication between CASI and the Board as to starting dates and small problems that occured once the project started.

Also, to CASI's credit, are the workers who did the asphalt work. They were friendly, polite, and di a super job of puting in the asphalt. Even community members told the Board how nice and friendly the workers were to them. Once the project was complete, CASI left our community clean.

To say that CASI met our expectations would be an understatement -- they exceeded our expectations with a well done job, and is a company that cares about its customers and its finished projects.

From requesting the bid to the final walk through, the CASI team far exceeded my expectations at every step. As questions and concerns came up before and during the project the team at CASI addressed them fast and efficiently.

I wanted to take a moment to share with you our experiences over the past few years with our asphalt projects at the Horizons at Rock Creek, a Simpson Property Group Community.

Jim Matiolli and Tom Dellenback have been phenomenal to work with. They have been prompt and responsive to our needs, as well as the needs and comforts of our residents.

As we completed a fairly large project in 2008 for asphalt replacement, we were required to limit the access for our residents to their homes and their garages. Although this seemed like an impossible task, with the communication and follow through of these two gentlemen, this project was completed to the satisfaction of all parties involved. In 16 years of working within the multifamily industry I had yet to complete a project of this size that did not experience any type of delay or resident concern and this was completed flawlessly.

We truly enjoy the opportunity to work with Jim & Tom and the rest of the CASI team, and look forward to our scheduled projects with you in 2009.

I would like to thank and praise the fantastic work STeve Bein and the CASI team has performed for Cobblestone Village.

Cobblestone Village had an old parking lot with severe drainage problems. Steve Bein and Clint Gasman took the time to walk the lot with me and the board members and educate us as to the root of existing problems and real ways to solve those problems.

We had received other bids to repair our lot, but none seemed to make sense. We did not understand the problem or the different ways to solve the problem.

Thank you for taking the time to educate us so we were able to make the right decisions and fix the real problem with our parking lot. The lot now looks great and is draining perfectly.

I have worked with several construction companies in the past. Communication is the key and, in my experience, often overlooked. Steve Bein and the rest of the CASI crew exceeded my expectations by addressing every concern before, after, and during the project.

I would not hesitate to refer Steve Bein and his team at CASI to anyone looking to upgrade or maintain their parking lot.

We had an emergency 12” water main break that destroyed the entire intersection of W. 5 th Ave. and Sheridan Blvd. on Saturday evening which closed down Sheridan Blvd. from W. 1 st Ave. to W. 6 th Ave. Yes this was an emergency but it was also Super Bowl Sunday!
